Our Center for Renewable Chemistry (CRC), located on our 50-acre integrated oleochemicals and derivatives manufacturing site in Memphis, Tennessee, includes a technical center and pilot scale manufacturing facility and serves as the cornerstone for our product, process and application development efforts. Our 16,000-square-foot technical center houses functional laboratories for product development, process development, application testing, instrumental analysis and wet analysis as well as an 8,000-square-foot pilot scale manufacturing facility equipped with a broad range of process equipment to develop new processes and produce scale-up quantities for our customers.

Customer Service Representative

PMC Biogenix is looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts department might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The best CSR for the role will provide support in Oracle order entry, invoicing, collections, customer service account management, product returns, auditing and other activities supporting the customer service department.

Responsibilities/Order Management Process

  • Process customer purchase orders
  • Oracle entry of sales orders
  • Assure customer information is accurate for shipping & invoicing
  • Review PO & quote to payment terms & freight incoterms account specific for consistency
  • Review sales orders for rescheduling on delays/problems
  • Export EDI in Oracle to send order specific information to freight forwarder

Responsibilities/Billing/Credit/Debit/Collections/Return Goods

  • Account receivables invoicing Oracle transactions
  • Invoicing auto run/customer invoice log/Customer email distribution list
  • Oracle product returns/Credit note/Additional charges/Debit note
  • Review AR trail balance report in Oracle for dunning activity for collections
  • Invoice transactions/Export commercial invoice/Shipping documentation

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High School diploma required
